El Guapo Tonic Syrup

Known as 'the Rolls Royce of Tonic' by Neiman Marcus, this herbaceous syrup is the perfect addition to any Gin & Tonic. Made by boiling cinchona bark to extract natural guinine which is then blended with lemon, grapefruit, orange, ginger, spices, and Louisiana cane sugar, this tonic is bright, bitter, and wildly refreshing. 

How to Mix:
Add ½ oz to 2 oz of your favorite gin, vodka or spirit-free alternative. Top with club soda and garnish with a wedge of lime or sprig of rosemary
